I am Sophie Trentesaux, a psychologist specializing in supporting adolescents. I decided to create this site with a clear mission: to offer a caring and accessible space to help young people better understand their emotions, gain confidence, and fully flourish.

My experience in guidance and family mediation allows me to combine seriousness and a fun approach to reveal the talents of each individual.
